I own several different knives in the series, and what I like the most about them is the sheath, that they are non-stick and the value. The bread knife is sharp and excellent for cutting bread, though like others have said, the blade is a little shorter than with other bread knives. I found, though, that after a while I was able to get used to that and now I can cut nearly any loaf of bread as easily as I could with a regular knife.

I use this exclusively now for bread. Lightweight..feels safer to use. Works great and I like the sheath for safety and keeping the blade sharp when I throw it into our drawer.
